So I've been an anime otaku since the year 2017 and the more my love for anime grew the more it expanded to different japanese related stuff like cuisines, the language, the culture, and most importantly my desire to visit the country of Japan myself. But there is one problem, and that would be my mum. Here's the thing, she hates travelling and not to mention we're broke.
Fast forward 6 years later when I changed my preference in anime genre from Isekai to Slice of life, I came across a scene in one of the anime I watched where the main character was standing in the middle of the crosswalk of Shibuya crossing and it gave me a thought. What if i remade Shibuya but in one of my favorite games of all time. Minecraft!.
So with the remaining brain cells I had left I went to google earth studied the architecture of the real life Shibuya and started building. Construction started on February 19, 2023 and although I could have finished the project by a month or 2 I couldn't because of another project I worked on and my college life. After months of working.
After numerous blood, sweat and tears as well as losing myself mentally and spiritually I can finally say that this project has finally been completed. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Shibuya in Minecraft!
