Magma (not exactly parkour... just getting onto fences using magma blocks a bunch of times)

Do not break any blocks. It is only gonna make it tougher for you.
Play is gamemode adventure. Switch to creative if only absolutely necessary (a few jumps are very irritating)...
Keep command blocks turned on.
Turn off clouds
You can use any render distance
