Perspective is a short to medium length puzzle parkour map about a three dimensional being exploring four dimensional space. By four dimensional is that there are four dimensions of space you can move around in; x, y, z, and w axes. You have the ability to rotate your 3d plane of existence around the XW plane thus allowing you to move along the fourth dimension.
If you were to take in to account time as a dimension then Perspective would be five dimensions. The fourth dimension is a very hard concept to comprehend for most people but by using the simpified and in-depth tutorials hopefully you can understand more about the fourth dimension.
This map went through many iterations because of the fact that I started development on this thing when my command skills were very primitive. My original idea was to create a version where you played as a 2d player in a 3d world. Very early in development I figured out a way to make this concept work by using a system of structure blocks and command blocks. For a while I held on to this type of system until I learned how to use datapacks. And after some months of more devoloping with the use of datapacks It was eventually done.
Inspired by Marc Ten Bosch's "Miegakure" and Flow's "The Hypercube".
